When you do a poomsae it is like you are fighting with an image opponent in different situation, we can say poomsae is the key to discover the secrets of taekwondo. Taekwondo poomsae is not a demonstration Poomsae taegeug is seems to be a series of movements, but you may have to practice a lot so you can all the movements with the right way, so we can say that poomsae is the perfect combination between using mind and also all you muscles for achieve the goal!!!
