1st open international taekwondo Marrakech Organized by the Academy of Taekwondo Marrakech, headed by Professor Abdullah Skiri under the supervision of the Royal Moroccan Taekwondo. 1st Open International Taekwondo Marrakech 2016 With the participation of a large number of Moroccan associations in addition to a group of countries Switzerland, Gabon, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Senegal, Belgium. How to upgrade the game?

How to upgrade the game? This is the biggest question facing taekwondo for the long cycle of preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020. How to upgarde the game? Fortunately, the WTF has been introducing changes and innovations. Following the 2008 Beijing Olympics – it was controversies over scoring and refereeing – the sport’s future on the Olympic program was in jeopardy. The WTF instituted a reform drive. The mission was improving the transparency and fairness of the game. To realize this they invented the electronic protector and scoring system (PSS). The PSS makes all points scored immediately to the crowd, while reducing human error in judging. Referee training and education was massively upgraded and the Instant V.R.(Video Replay) system was introduced. Thanks to these developments, taekwondo was controversy-free in London 2012 and Rio 2016 and is now a firm fixture on the Summer Games program. When you do a poomsae it is like you are fighting with an image opponent in different situation, we can say poomsae is the key to discover the secrets of taekwondo. Taekwondo poomsae is not a demonstration Poomsae taegeug is seems to be a series of movements, but you may have to practice a lot so you can all the movements with the right way, so we can say that poomsae is the perfect combination between using mind and also all you muscles for achieve the goal!!!
